where we began

Rooted in Hawai‘i, Driven by Community

What began in 2015 as a one-woman initiative has grown into a thriving, women-owned agency with a passionate team of professionals. Our founder, Karey Kapoi, envisioned a way to bridge communication gaps between organizations and communities—an idea sparked during her work on the privatization of Maui’s hospital system.Today, KKL stands as a testament to hope, faith, and a deep commitment to the people of Hawai‘i. With every initiative, we strive to uplift our loved ones, neighbors, and the places we call home.
